Can I Return or Exchange my ring?

All Rings:

• We allow 30 days from the date of the original ring delivery to exchange or return your ring. You may exchange your size, width, style, or simply return. 

PLEASE NOTE: there is a 12% restocking fee for all ring returns. 

• Rings with provided materials may not be returned.
• Custom rings are final sale and may not be returned, however, they may be exchanged for size.
• Leather ring wallets, ring sizers and other items outside of the ring collections are final sale.

**Additional notes: All rings must be in clean, "unworn," and salable condition to be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee on any rings returned with excessive scratching or other abuse.**

If your purchase is a final sale item, no returns or refunds are allowed (i.e. ring sizer, free promotional item, leather ring wallet, coasters etc)

Size Exchanges: A free size exchange is permitted within 30 days of receiving your original band. Additional size exchanges will incur a fee of 20% of the original retail price. For additional resizes, we will invoice you for the additional exchange fee, then provide a shipping label, so we can track everything both ways.
